Last updated September 24, 2026. Plain-English rules for using Duesy.
What Duesy is
A bill tracker. It records the bills you enter, does the math on what you owe and when, and reminds you before due dates. It is not a bank, not a payment processor, and not financial advice — you still pay your bills yourself, through your bank or biller.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in to yourself. If someone else gets into your account, email us right away at support@tryduesy.com.
Your data
You own your data. Enter it accurately — wrong amounts or due dates mean wrong reminders. You can export everything or delete your account (and all its data) at any time from Settings → Account.
Paid plans, billing, and cancellation
Duesy is free for up to 10 bills. Duesy Plus ($9.99/month or $99.90/year) unlocks unlimited bills and premium features. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your card number. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full Plus access until then. We do not refund partial months or years, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails, we will retry it, and your account returns to the free plan if payment cannot be collected. If Plus prices ever change, we will tell you in the app before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Lifetime access
Some accounts receive lifetime all-access seats granted directly by us. These seats are not purchased, cannot be transferred or sold, and may be revoked. A revoked account keeps all of its data and returns to the free plan.
Acceptable use
Use the app for tracking your own bills. Don’t try to break it, scrape it, or use it to bother other people. Accounts used abusively can be suspended or removed.
Text message reminders (SMS terms)
If you turn on text reminders in Settings → Notifications, Duesy will send bill-reminder texts to the phone number you entered — one text per bill, only while it is still unpaid and coming due. By turning the switch on, you agree to receive these texts from Duesy at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with how many bills you track.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the math right and the reminders on time, but software has bugs and phones have dead batteries. Duesy is a helper, not a guarantee — a missed reminder does not make us liable for a late fee.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Duesy after that means you accept the new terms.
